2007: Did not race in any events during the indoor and outdoor seasons ... received a redshirt.

2006: Had a successful freshman season as a Blazer, setting the UAB indoor freshman record in the pentathlon with 2,894 points ... also had a multiple personal-bests at the first indoor meet of the year, the Clemson Opener, with career-high marks in the shot put (6.42m), long jump (5.18m) and the triple jump (11.31m) ... finished ninth in the heptathlon at the Alabama Relays with a point total of 4,031 ... placed sixth in the heptathlon at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships with a career-best 4,179 points ... also clocked a personal-best time of 1:03.36 in the preliminaries of the 400-meter hurdles at the C-USA Outdoor Championships, placing seventh in the finals with a time of 1:13.27.

High School: Attended Warwick High School in Newport News, Va., where she ran four years for coach Wendell Kirk Holmes ... finished 21st out of 140 in the state 300-meter hurdles ... finished 30 out of 101 in the state triple jump ... a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that won their heat at the Penn Relays in 2004 and '05 ... also played varsity basketball ... a member of the National Honor Society, the National Honor Roll and the National Society of High School Scholars.
