2006: A key athlete for UAB, especially in the 3000-meter steeplechase ... placed second in the steeplechase in the first outdoor meet of the season at Southern Miss with a time of 12:00 .82 ... ran a career-best 11:19.07 in the steeplechase at the LSU Relays, placing fourth in the meet ... scored five points for the Blazers at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships by placing fourth in the steeplechase, clocking a time of 11:45.68 ... also competed in the 3000 meters, running the second-fastest time on the squad during the indoor season with a time of 10:22.21 at the Meyo Invitational.

2005: A member of the 4x1500-meter relay team that ran a 19:15.84, the second-fastest time in school history, in a second-place finish at the Alabama Relays and posted a 19:26.11 in a second-place finish at the Clemson Relays, the fourth-fastest time in school history ... finished eighth in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the C-USA Outdoor Championships, running a personal-best time of 11:26.37 ... finished second in the indoor 5000 meters at the Cougar Opener and ran a personal best of 18:33.02 ... finished fourth overall in the 3000-meter run at the Saluki Booster Invitational and ran an indoor personal best with a time of 10:21.66 ... ran a personal best of 5:14.97 in the Mile Run at the Clemson Tiger Indoor Invitational, finishing seventh overall ... also ran a personal best in the 5000 meters at the C-USA Outdoor Championships, posting a time of 18:47.80.

2004: Set a personal best in the mile run at the Coach O Invitational with a time of 5:16.62 ...finished 16th overall in the 10,000-meter run at the Conference USA Championships with a time of 40:14.01, which was a personal record ... had a personal best in the 1500 meters at the Florida Relays with a time of 4:49.67 ... set a personal best in the indoor 3000 meters at the C-USA Championships with a time of 10:42.14 ... ran a personal best in the 5000-meter run Samford Twilight with an 18:38.73.
