Completed the 2014 season with an record of 11-6... Competed alongside two teammates, primarily with Rachel Fairbanks... Earned two wins at the Gamecock Invitational against Mercer and South Carolina (March 22)... Contributed a win in the No. 4 position for a 5-0 victory against Oregon (March 23)... Won the Tulane Pelican Classic Lower Divison Bracket earning 3 wins on the same day, all in straight-sets (April 5).

Owned at 10-6 overall record in 2013 ... competed with two different teammates, primarily Rachel Fairbanks at the No. 4 position ... contributed eight wins at the four spot ... recorded a win with Fairbanks at the No. 5 position against Georgia State in the FSU Tournament (April 20) ... contributed a win with Fairbanks against ULM to propel the Blazers to a 3-2 victory (April 5) ... tallied wins against College of Charleston, Jacksonville and Stetson in the Jacksonville Easter Tournament (March 29-30) ... went 3-for-3 in the fourth flight in the team's sweep of the College of Charleston Tourney (March 22-23).

Pre-UAB: Rishell played the last two seasons at American University of the Patriot League, where she was a two-time all-conference selection at middle blocker ... this past season, started 25 of 32 matches and competed in 105 of a possible 112 sets ... averaged a team-best 2.96 kills per set and ranked second on the team in total blocks (85) ... in 2012, led the Eagles to the Patriot League Championship match, where American lost to Colgate in a thrilling five-set contest, with the deciding frame being decided by a score of 20-18 ... in that contest, she posted 13 kills and added three block assists ... as a true freshman at American, produced an outstanding season, earning Patriot League Player of the Year honors, Freshman of the Year, Tournament Player of the Year along with capturing all-conference accolades.
