Completed the 2014 season with an 11-6 record... Competed alongside Kiriana Hirini for all 17 games... Went 3-for-3 against Mercer a position No.1 (March 8)... Contributed wins against Mercer and South Carolina at the Gamecock Invitational (March 22)... Went undefeated at the Tulane Pelican Classic, later winning the Upper Division Bracket at the Siesta Key Tournament after a delay (April 5).

Competed in all 16 matches with Kiriana Hirini with a final record of 9-9, primarily at the No. 1 slot ... selected to compete in the AVCA Nationals where they picked up the first AVCA National's win in UAB history, beating Georgia State 2-0 in the first round (May 3) ... helped propel the Blazers to a 3-2 win over UNF (April 6) ... beat Stetson and College of Charleston in the Jacksonville Easter Tournament (March 29-30) ... beat Mercer and College of Charleston in the team's sweep of the College of Charleston Tourney (March 22-23) ... downed Mercer 2-1 in the Blazer's 3-2 victory (March 20) ... recorded a victory in the team's 4-1 win over Stetson (March 16) ... opened the season with a 2-0 win that aided the Blazer's 5-0 sweep of Mercer (March 9).

Pre-UAB: Thomas is the younger sister of Heather Thomas, one, if not the greatest libero in program history who played for the Blazers from 2008-11 ... played the last two seasons at South Carolina as an outside hitter ... this past season, Thomas ranked second on the Gamecocks in kills averaging 2.22 per set and third in digs, posting 2.51 per a frame on average ... added four double-doubles including a 14-kill, 13-dig outing vs. Alabama back on Oct. 12. Thomas, a native of Huntsville, Ala., played at Bob Jones High School where she earned all-state honors in 2007 and 2008.
