BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – After opening preseason camp last Thursday, the UAB women’s soccer team took a break from the field and took part in a team bonding experience at nearby Indian Springs on Sunday.

The Blazers took part in the ropes course, the hardest one at the camp, and went through obstacles finishing with a zip line back down to the bottom.

UAB will continue preseason preparations for the upcoming season, which opens on Aug. 22 at South Alabama, and the 2014 home slate, which opens on Sept. 19 against Chattanooga.
