2006: One of UAB's Co-MVP's during her junior season, she played in all 21 games and earned the starting nod in 20 contests ... a second-team all-conference selection, she led the Blazers and ranked seventh in the league in goals with nine ... also listed as seventh in the conference and first on the squad in game-winning goals with three ... named to the All-Southeast Region teams by both Soccer Buzz and the NSCAA ... earned her third varsity letter.

2005: Continued her stellar play from her freshman year into her sophomore season, leading the team in points with 22 and tying for a team-best nine goals during the season...starting in all 19 games for the Blazers, Palmer earned many accolades during the season including a second-team all-Conference USA nod at year's end...she also was named C-USA's Offensive Player of the Week and earned a spot on the Soccer Buzz Elite Team of the Week after recording a trio of goals against UTEP...earned her second varsity letter.

2004: Had a solid collegiate debut as she was named to the All-Conference USA freshman team after playing in 18 games while starting in 13 ... scored two goals and tallied five assists, which was tied for third on the team ... finished the season with nine points ... had one game-winning goal, in a 3-2 win over Tulane ... also scored against USF as both of her goals came in conference play ... all five of her assists also came against C-USA opponents as she was stellar in conference play ... earned her first varsity letter.

High School: Was a three-time, First-Team 5A All-District member as well as the District's Offensive MVP at Robert E. Lee High School ... named academic all-state ... helped lead her team to the district championship in three-consecutive seasons and was named to a total of six all-tournament teams ... also the team's leading scorer during three-straight seasons and was voted as both the team captain and MVP ... played for coach Chris Woodard ... also played basketball, volleyball and softball at Lee ... was a member of the National Honor Society.
