BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ---- The UAB men's tennis team is back in action Sunday when the Blazers take on No. 75-ranked South Alabama at 12 p.m. in Mobile, Ala.
UAB (12-7) and South Alabama (16-7) will both enter the match on similar hot streaks. The Blazers and Jaguars have each won five of their last six matches.
The Blazers defeated Troy, 5-2, on Thursday in their last dual while South Alabama downed UTSA on Saturday by a 4-2 score. UAB will be the third consecutive Conference USA opponent for the Jaguars. USA beat Old Dominion 6-1 on April 12 after failing at Middle Tennessee on March 30.
This will be the Blazers' final dual match before they travel to Tulsa, Okla. later in the week for the C-USA Championships, to be held April 17-20 at the University of Tulsa.
