"I am hugely delighted and extremely proud of Wilson," head coach Alan Murray said. "It is really difficult to qualify for the U.S. Amateur and I am extremely proud of his achievement. He has been one of the rocks of this team and no one deserves this more."
The 2013 U.S. Amateur Championship will be played at the Country Club in Brookline, Mass. from August 12 - 18. The championship is the leading annual golf event in the United States for amateurs.
