Play Suspended at NCAA Men's Golf Championships

Blazers did unable to start first round at 2014 NCAA Men's Golf Championship Friday.

HUTCHINSON, Kan. – The first round of the 2014 NCAA Men’s Golf Championship at Prairie Dunes Country Club in Hutchinson, Kan. was suspended Friday after a total of eight hours and 10 minutes worth of delays. The teams will resume play beginning at 7 a.m. CT on Saturday, May 24.

UAB was slated to tee off in the afternoon on Friday and never started play. Half of the 30-team field did not tee off on Friday. The Blazers first tee time is set for 10:40 a.m. CT tomorrow.
