Became a regular for the Blazers in the secondary for 2007 season and is again expected to provide similar role this season ... saw reserve duty in his first two years at UAB ...... listed as No. 1 free safety on depth chart heading into 2008 fall practice ... has seen action as one of the Blazers' "nickel-backs" as well ... also has seen extensive action on Blazer special teams during career ... was redshirted in 2004 as true freshman.
