After seeing considerable playing time as a redshirt freshman in 2003, Miller made larger contribution on the UAB defensive line last two seasons ... saw mostly starting duty in 2005 but split duty with Jermaine McElveen.

2005: A starter in nine games for the Blazers, Miller was a solid producer ... finished the year with 28 tackles ... had five tackles for loss (-17 yards) with a pair of sacks (-17 yards) ... recorded season-high five tackles against Jacksonville State ... had 1.5 sacks and four tackles in road win at Memphis ... also registered four tackles vs. Southern Miss ... had sacks against Troy and in season at East Carolina.

2004: Played in all 12 contests and started six, including the final four in the regular season and the Blazers' bowl game in Hawai'i ... recorded 18 tackles, of which 10 were solos ... had three tackles for loss and a pair of sacks • had two tackles against Florida State and three vs. Miss. State.

2003: Saw significant action during the season, especially down the stretch as Blazer defensive line was thinned due to injuries ... played in all 12 contests ... finished the season with 23 tackles, including 15 solo hits ... contributed three tackles for loss (-13 yards) and two sacks (-10) ... also had a pass breakup and a pair of QB hurries ... registered season-high six tackles vs. Southern Miss and had three in games vs. Baylor and Memphis.

2002: Redshirted and did not see any action.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Cullman High School ... earned spot on all-state team by Alabama Sportswriters Association (AWSA) ... selected to play in the North-South All-Star Game ... had 102 tackles and 21 sacks as a senior at Cullman ... had 52 career sacks ... earned "Best Defensive Lineman~ award at Cullman.
