Could contend for backup duties to Darrell Hackney at quarterback ... saw limited duty in three games in 2004 for the Blazers ... did not participate in spring practice after undergoing offseason shoulder surgery and his status for the 2005 season is questionable.

2004: Played in three games, completing 2-of-3 passes ... also had three rushes .. his action came against Baylor, USF and in bowl game vs. Hawai'i ... named to Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll for 2004-05 academic year.

2003: Made debut in season's 10th game coming off the bench in second half against Tulane ... connected on his first two pass attempts -- for 14 yards (to Trey Chaney) and 61 yards (to Roddy White) ... his 61-yarder to White was a touchdown pass ... finished contest vs. the Green Wave hitting 3-of-6 passes for 84 yards ... made his first start a week later in contest at South Florida, hitting 10-of-15 passes for 128 yards and two TDs.

2002: Sat out season as true freshman and was redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Vestavis Hills High School ... passed for 1,600 yards and 16 touchdowns as a senior at Vestavia Hills High School ... also rushed for 11 touchdowns..
