Originally signed with UAB in February, 2008 but attended Hargrave Military Institute in Chatham, Va. in fall of 2008 ... after signing again with the Blazers, White was an enrollee in January, 2009 and participated in spring practice, 2009 ... saw action at linebacker in 2009 in his first season at UAB but was moved to defensive end following 2010 spring practice ... moved back to linebacker for 2010 season ... made 16 starts in first two seasons at UAB.

2011: Played in first game of season (at Florida) and had six tackles ... did not see action the remainder of the fall.

2010: Appeared in all 12 games and started nine of those ... finished season as Blazers' fourth-leading tackler with 55 stops, including 36 solo hits ... registered a season-high 10 tackles against Marshall ... also had nine stops in UAB's road contest at Tennessee ... also recorded seven tackles against Memphis ... posted 6.5 tackles for loss (40 yards) to rank No. 4 on team ... had season-best two tackles for loss against Mississippi State and Southern Miss ... also notched 2.5 sacks (21 yards) ...forced one fumble against Southern Miss ... registered his first career interception in season finale against Rice and returned it 21 yards.
