BIRMINGHAM, Ala. --- Head coach Jerod Haase and the UAB men’s basketball team recently unveiled a state-of-the-art locker room, which now encompasses 2,246 square feet of Bartow Arena.

In addition to individual lockers, the locker room features a team lounge, coaches locker area, coaches lounge and nutrition room. Click here to view pictures of the newly renovated men’s basketball locker room.

Blazer Boosters members have the opportunity to secure naming rights in the newly renovated UAB Men’s Basketball locker room beginning Nov. 1. A pledge of $10,000 payable over a period of up to five years is the minimum requirement to name a player or assistant coaches’ locker. The Blazer Boosters office asks that requests to name the individual lockers be made prior to Dec. 31, 2013.  The requests for individual lockers will then be allocated based on the Priority Point system, as outlined here, following the deadline.

A formal unveiling of the newly renovated UAB Men’s Basketball locker room, including the naming opportunities, will be announced in spring 2014. If you have any questions regarding the naming process, or are interested in making a contribution towards a capital project, please contact the Blazer Boosters office at (205) 996-9969.
