Played in all 30 games and started 29 ... was named Honorable Mention All-Southland Conference after averaging 13.7 points, the sixth-highest total in the league ... buried 68 threes on the year, the third-highest total in program history ... exploded for 33 points on 9-of-18 shooting with a 13-of-14 performance at the line against Texas State (1/25) ... scored 26 points on 9-of-19 shooting against Texas Tech (12/1) ... netted 26 points on 7-of-14 shooting beyond the arc against UTSA (2/22)... had 20 points against Stephen F. Austin (1/28) ... added 21 points, going 5-of-7 from downtown, at Northwestern State (2/4) ... had a double-double with 15 points and 10 boards against Central Arkansas (3/3) ... scored 20 on 6-of-9 shooting at West Virginia (12/17)
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2010-11)
Played in 31 games and made 19 starts ... averaged 8.9 points and 1.9 rebounds in 29.9 minutes ... led the team with 80 assists on the season and added 35 steals ... had a then-career-best 21 points at Sam Houston State ... collceted 18 points at Oklahoma State (11/17), going 5-of-11 from downtown ... had one of the finest all-around games of the season with 10 points, 10 assists, six boards and four steals against UT Arlington (3/2) ... had 16 points, including three triples and a 5-for-5 performance at the line, in the win over Houston (12/18)
FRESHMAN SEASON (2009-10)
After sitting out 2008-09 season as a redshirt, played in 32 games on the season while starting 25 ... averaged 21.4 minutes per game while scoring 5.8 points per contest ... fourth on the team in scoring during his freshman season ... was second in assists with 2.3 per game and a total of 74 on the season ... shot 31.2 percent from behind the three-point line ... made 68.2 percent of his free throws ... scored a career-high 16 points against St. Edward's (11/21) ... pulled down a career-high seven rebounds at UTSA (1/23) ... played a high of 35 minutes at Texas and had four games of over 30 minutes on the year.
Spent his senior season at Notre Dame Prep playing for Ryan Huard ... averaged 11.3 points a game with four assists ... went to Notre Dame after being named the team MVP at Lake Clifton the season before ... team was 19-4 as he averaged 17.6 points, seven assists and six rebounds per contest ... named all-city, all-county and all-metro in 2007.
Terence Jones, Jr., was born Oct. 2, 1988 in Baltimore, Md. ... is the son of Curtis Hicks and Taegan Hubbard ... earned undergraduate degree in communication from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and is currently pursuing a master's degree at UAB in health education.
