BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The UAB baseball team is only one day away from opening the 2014 season at Regions Field. With this being the first season UAB will be in action at the downtown Birmingham ballpark, there are several things to know for those looking to come out to Blazer baseball games.
Single-game tickets at Regions Field are $7 for adults, $5 for youth. An individual season ticket, which includes all 30 home games, is $40. A family plan season ticket, which includes two adults and two youth, is $95.
There will be restricted seating at the ballpark. Seating locations are from Section 113 on the first base side to the right-field corner on the third-base side.
All public access will be through the west entrance off 14th Street South. Gates will open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled game time.
Parking is available on public streets adjacent to Regions Field, as well as the UAB-owned lot off 13th Street South between 4th and 5th Avenues South. Please do not park in lots belonging to businesses near Regions Field. Vehicles will be towed from those lots. A limited number of handicapped parking spaces are available in the reserved lot, accessed from 3rd Avenue South near the intersection with 14th Street South.
