· Was one of 10 players in C-USA, including teammate Keith DePew to not commit an error in league play
· Registered the second-best caught stealing percentage in C-USA (.556), throwing out 10 of 18 base stealing attempts

· Played in 32 games and made 19 starts behind the plate
· Hit .299 in his rookie campaign with a .420 on-base percentage
· Drove in 11 runs and scored 11 times
· Posted a .333 average over the final 39 games after starting catcher Digger Towe went down to injury
· Had six multiple-hit games and two contests with three hits
· Logged a .986 fielding percentage
· Played over the summer for the Danville Dans of the Collegiate Prospect League
· Earned a spot on the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and received the C-USA Commissioner's Academic Medal

High School
· An all-metro, all-region and all-state selection for coach Wade Walter at White Station High School
· Hit better than .550 as a senior in 2009 with an on-base percentage higher than .650 and a slugging percentage better than .850
· An all-region selection by the Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association in 2008
· A Tennessee Baseball Report Super Sophomore Team selection in 2007 after hitting .439 with 20 RBI
· Played summer baseball for the Germantown (Tenn.) Giants, the Arkansas Lasers and the Mississippi Bandits
· Named to the all-tournament team in both 2005 and 2007 at the USSSA Elite 24 World Series
