Time passes by so fast and two weeks feels like only a week, then I am like "Oh no, the blog".
Well, firstly I want to start with some updates from last couple weeks. As you all know, we were ranked 57th in the nation and now we are almost at the end of our season. So far, it has been such a remarkable season for us.
Continuing with the latest news, we just came back from Puerto Rico, and I am saying this by heart that it was the best and the most unforgettable spring break of my life.
Every morning, I was waking up and going outside to the balcony, which was looking to the endless ocean and the palm trees with coconuts, and then I was waiting for someone to come and wake me up again because it was too beautiful to be real.
Meanwhile, we were all ready to come back to UAB with another win. Unfortunately, it wasn't us this time getting the "W". We were sweating twice more than we do because of the weather, and we all were giving so much effort as usual. However, we were sorry at the end to lose when we knew we could have won.
Lastly, I want to write a little about the team. To begin with, I am very appreciative to have a coach who trusts his team and who wants to improve not only our games but also our personalities. Secondly, I am so thankful to have such a team that supports each other, wins and loses together, and who has got the team spirit.
And yes, I am a senior, so I am thinking a lot more about the things that I am thankful for. I love being a part of this and being a Blazer.
