UAB to Host Second Annual Dragon Egg Hunt March 25

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Join the UAB football team as it hosts the second annual Dragon Egg Hunt on Sunday, March 25 at the Football Operations Center. Registration begins at 2:30 p.m. and the egg hunt starts at 3 p.m.
Children ages 12 and under are invited to participate in the egg hunt and all ages are welcomed to enjoy in the fun. The Legacy Pavilion practice field will be divided into two areas for age groups of five and under and six to twelve to begin promptly at 3 p.m.
In addition to the egg hunt, children can have their face painted, visit with Blaze, and take photos with UAB football players and staff. There will also be giveaways, including two UAB Football VIP packages, inflatables, games, food trucks, and more.
"Interacting with the community is a priority for our program and the Dragon Egg Hunt is a great way to do that," Head Coach Bill Clark said. "We look forward to having a great turnout at our facility on March 25 for what will be a very fun day for all ages."
There will be opportunities at the event to renew UAB football season tickets or purchase new for 2018.
Season tickets are on sale starting as low as $99. The priority deadline for season tickets is April 1 so this event will be the perfect opportunity to finalize orders. UAB Football opens the 2018 season on Thursday, August 30 against Savannah State.
