Each year UAB Athletics incurs more than $6 million in scholarship expenditures for Blazer student-athletes. Donations to the Blazer Club help offset these annual scholarship costs for approximately 350 student-athletes. Donations without ticket benefits or those above and beyond the minimum requirement for seating allocations are 100% tax deductible and can be made online here, or by calling the Blazer Boosters Office at (205) 996-9969.
Champion Club members provide the philanthropic leadership for UAB Athletics. Memberships are $16,500 and $20,000 for individuals and corporate accounts, respectively. Champion Club benefits include the following:
|The B Club is the official organization within UAB Athletics that recognizes and coordinates former letterwinners of all sports in order to keep them connected to the program. Through B Club events, members reconnect with teammates to help promote and serve the UAB Athletics Department. Membership dues for the B Club are $100 annually and any additional donations will support UAB student-athlete scholarships. An added benefit for 2013 will be a commemorative B Club pin for every active member in the group. A portion of a B Club membership is tax deductible and all the support goes to directly assisting in scholarship needs for over 350 student-athletes.|

Belles & Whistles
Belles & Whistles was formed in 2008 with the goal of providing UAB's female student-athletes with the greatest opportunity for success in academics and athletics by forming a network of women who will raise funds for scholarships and facilities and serve as positive examples of sharing, leadership, and character. Blazer Rep Program
The Blazer Rep Program is a volunteer initiative to recruit new Blazer Club members and fundraise for UAB Athletics. Blazer Reps also assist by volunteering at special UAB Athletics fundraising events. For example, reps secure both live and silent auction items for the Blazer Auction conducted each August as well as other events throughout the year. The Blazer Rep minimum requirements are to recruit 3 new members or $500 in new revenue to receive the full priority points. The UAB Athletics Auction occurs each fall. The event includes live and silent auction items, and all proceeds go toward UAB student-athlete scholarships. Examples of previous live items include tickets to the NCAA Men's Final Four, a week vacation at an island getaway, UAB football and basketball travel packages, and art sculptures. Donations to the auction are accepted year-round. Please submit this form when sending in donations to the auction. Hall of Fame
The Hall of Fame was created in 2009 to recognize the accomplishments and contributions of individuals whose participation in Blazer athletics has brought distinction and honor to the program. As outlined in the Hall of Fame bylaws these inductees have met all of the criteria required to be inducted. Nominations were taken from Blazer fans and the Hall of Fame committee unanimously voted in this year's class. UAB inducts new members into to the Hall of Fame once every three years.
The induction will take place at the UAB National Alumni Society House on Friday, February 15, 2013, with cocktails beginning at 6 p.m. followed by dinner and the program at 7 p.m. Tickets to the Hall of Fame event must be purchased in advance.
